Once we’ve met and made sure we’re the right fit, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. A 50% retainer locks in your date, and the rest is due 30 days before the big day.
How do we officially book you?
Most of our couples book us 12–15 months out, especially for popular spring and fall weekends in Dallas-Fort Worth. We only take one wedding per week and max out at 24 weddings per year to give every couple our full attention—so sooner is always better!
How far in advance should we book you?
No watching the clock. No choosing between getting-ready photos or the last dance. Full-day means freedom—for you, your planner, and your timeline. But there’s another big reason we do it this way: comfort. Let’s be real—it can feel a little weird having a camera on you at first. By being there from start to finish, we naturally blend in with the rhythm of your day. You get used to us, your people get used to us, and by the time you’re walking down the aisle, we’re not “the photographers”—we’re just another friend in the room (with a really awesome camera). That’s when the magic happens—when you stop thinking about the lens and just live in the moment.
What’s the benefit of full-day coverage for us?
Because real life doesn’t fit into 8 hours. From the quiet moments getting ready to the wild dance floor chaos, we believe the full story matters — from beginning to end — and we want to be there for all of it.
Why do you offer unlimited hours instead of set hourly coverage?
Usually between 800–1200 images for a full-day wedding. All edited, all high-res, and all yours.
How many photos will we receive?
You’ll receive your full gallery within 90 days—but we almost always beat that timeline. We care about quality and speed.
How long does the full gallery take?
We promise sneak peeks within 7 days (but usually deliver sooner!). Just enough to swoon over on your honeymoon.
