When we first met Brittany & Kye, they knew exactly what they wanted their wedding to feel like—moody, timeless, a little vintage, and unapologetically them. And honestly? We could not have imagined a more perfect pairing than their vision and The Mason Dallas.

This stunning, historic venue has such a cinematic character to it—rich textures, dramatic lighting, deep jewel tones—and these two absolutely leaned into the atmosphere in the best way possible.

Getting Ready at Marriott Downtown Dallas

The day began slow and intentional—exactly the way we love to see couples ease into their wedding morning.

Brittany and her girls got ready at the Marriott Downtown Dallas, tucked away in a top suite with skyline views. Meanwhile, Kye and his guys were exploring downtown Dallas and letting the anticipation build before heading to The Mason to get dressed.

By the time everyone was dressed, you could feel the excitement.

Everyone was just buzzing.

A Dramatic, Romantic Ceremony at The Mason Dallas

Once we arrived at The Mason Dallas, everything aligned beautifully with Brittany & Kye’s chosen aesthetic.

The ceremony took place beneath those iconic vaulted ceilings stunning architecture.

It felt like stepping back in time—in the most elevated, magical way.

Their ceremony was emotional, raw, and deeply intentional. There were tears. There was laughter. There were long, heartfelt vows.
And we were there chasing every moment quietly and intentionally, letting the story unfold.

The Mason Dallas is truly one of the best venues in the city for portraits that feel cinematic, authentic, and emotionally powerful.

The warm walls, dramatic shadows, and the amber-toned sconces allowed us to build images that feel more like movie stills than traditional wedding photos.

We wandered throughout the venue with them, playing with the architecture and atmosphere, completely leaning into the drama of the day.

And when the dance floor opened… it was ON.
