Brooke and Jordan’s disco inspired wedding day at The Grand Ivory was nothing short of magical. Their trendy, disco inspired design, spectacular views, rain free skys and overwhelming love for each other were everything we could have ever hoped to be a part of capturing!

The Before

The bridal squad kicked things off with mimosas and Chick-fil-A – talk about a perfect start! While the ladies got dolled up, they jammed to tunes, swapped gifts, and buzzed around the venue, brimming with excitement. Meanwhile, Jordan and his crew had a blast playing pool, goofing around on the putting green, and playing lawn games on their custom-made cornhole boards.

Despite the weather forecast threatening rain, not a single drop fell! The cloud-covered sky actually painted a breathtaking backdrop for their love story, especially against the beautiful pond on the venue’s property.

The Romantic Ceremony With A View

As the big moment leading in their ceremony approached, the air was electric with excitement. Brooke and her squad took a moment in the bridal suite for some meditation, soaking in the ambiance and mentally preparing for the ceremony. They sat in the room “breathing in the flowers and blowing out the candle” to prepare themselves for the excitement ahead.

When Brooke finally walked down the aisle with her dad, Jordan was a beautiful mix of tears, laughter, and sheer amazement – a sight that defines what true love looks like. The crowd of guests erupted in cheers, making the moment even more magical as Brooke’s father passed her into the arms of the ecstatic groom.

They exchanged vows overlooking the Grand Ivory pond, surrounded by stunning crescent floral arches, and with a perfect golden sun setting behind them. It was perfection in every way.

The Disco Inspired Reception

Now can we talk about the party that followed?! Over the top decor designed by their incredible wedding planner, Amanda Durbin. Disco balls, florals galore, an epic shot glass seating chart, and a raging dance floor ruled by none other than DJ Adam Morgan! It was a non-stop celebration! Will and I didn’t hold back; we danced, sang, and captured every outrageous moment on the dance floor. With a final goodbye wave, Brooke and Jordan’s journey as a married couple officially began.

The Feedback

A few days later, we received a message from the couple expressing their gratitude for having us as their photography team. Their trust and appreciation mean the world to us, and their acknowledgment of our relationship, not just as photographers but as friends, touched our hearts deeply.
