Lauren & Brad’s vibrant Texas Discovery Gardens Wedding in Dallas Fair Park was beyond perfection. From the moment we first met them during their summer engagement session, we knew this couple was something special. Despite the Texas heat, they were all in for every silly prompt and had an absolute blast, setting the tone for an incredible wedding journey.

Before the wedding, we also had the honor of capturing Lauren’s bridal portraits at The Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas. Talk about a vibe switch! While her engagements were vibrant, colorful and garden forward, her bridal session went full glam featuring the marble elegance and grand staircases of The Meyerson. It was such a joy to see her confidence, joy filled personality and infectious laughter shine through in every setting.

Fast forward to December, and their winter wedding felt like stepping into a destination wedding storybook—right in the heart of downtown Dallas at Fair Park! The gardens were already stunning, but the surprise Christmas light feature transformed the space into something truly magical. Every corner sparkled, creating an immersive and unforgettable experience for their guests.

One of the most unique parts of Texas Discovery Gardens is its butterfly garden greenhouse, which added a tropical vibe to their gallery. It was like hopping between Christmas magic and a lush destination escape, all in one evening.

As their wedding day approached, we felt more like friends than photographers. One of our favorite moments? When Lauren introduced Will to the bridesmaids, exclaiming, “THIS IS WILL, AND WE LOVE HIM!” Moments like this are why we prioritize building genuine friendships with our couples—it’s not just about taking pictures; it’s about telling the story of their day in a way that feels completely them.

When we got back and started culling through the thousands of photos (yes, thousands!), it was almost impossible to narrow down our favorites.
