While this may not be our normal “wedding” portfolio post, this event was too epic to keep all to ourselves. We love working with incredible wedding planners like Plan It With Me and celebrating our all the vendors who make such an over the top event come to life.
Ohh the Options when you Plan It With Me at The Mason Dallas was a colorful, bold, and vibrant interactive event that featured over 30 vendors while connecting fellow professionals and couples alike. This electrifying event includes The Mason Dallas as its proud host and wedding planner extraordinaire, Kathy Bull with Plan It With Me, who’s vision was truly one-of-a-kind and left attendants energized and inspired.
The Planning
Seeing pros like Kathy have a vision and watching that unfold is such a cool experience. Kathy invited us to tag along to the design meeting with a few other vendors at The Mason and give our feedback regarding the light & visual elements from a photography standpoint. Collaborating with such incredible vendors who are not only beyond amazing at their jobs but also truly value the feedback from those on their team is always so refreshing.
The Portrait Session
It was important that we made sure each vendor who collaborated to make the day happen left with amazing photos they could use in their marketing. I had the honor of not only capturing a bit of branding work for each sponsor but also had the privilege of photographing a STUNNING model couple. The goal was that the couple would interact with each vendor for authentic moments and real emotions in their marketing photos. Y’ALL…..they did NOT disappoint! Holy macaroni!
The Mason Dallas Open House
There were so many layers and elements to this event. It was clear from day one of Kathy planning, that the evening was going to be a totally immersive experience. And THAT IT WAS! Floor to ceiling floral arrangements, decked out tablescapes, food around every corner, coffee bars, cocktails, cigar rollers, sketch artists and watercolorist, photo booths and sooo much much! Every turn of my head was a new exciting moment to experience that left me feeling recharged, inspired and ready for another vibrant event!
